Louisville, KY Real Estate Market Summary 12/03/2007

Here are the current market statistics for the Greater Louisville, KY Real Estate area as of 12/03/2007.  Inventories increased throughout November and sales dipped, leaving us with 11 months worth of homes available for sale.  This is a little high for the area and will probably result in a bit of price stagnation, plus a significant number of these homes just won’t sell unless the seller takes steps to make updates, or otherwise improve value.
