Louisville, KY Real Estate Market Summary 02/01/2008
Here are the current market stats for the end of January. The number of homes sold is still a little low compared to the pace last year, but not all January sales are posted at this time. The average days on market is consistent with last year, but the average selling price is a little higher. It is still too soon in the year to determine if these numbers indicate any trouble, so we need to continue to wait and see how things stabilize.
