Louisville, KY Real Estate Market Summary 02/17/2008
Here are the current market stats for the middle of February. The number of homes sold is low compared to last year, but again we are mid-month and not all sales are posted yet. The average days on market is consistent with last year, but the average selling price is a little lower.
