Here are the current Louisville, KY real estate market stats for March. The number of homes sold is pretty low compared to last year, but it is possible not all sales are posted currently. The average days on market is consistent with last year, but the average selling price is a lot lower. Since closings sometimes are crowded towards the end of the month, we will need to wait and see how if any late postings alter these statistics.
