The number of homes sold is a little low compared to the pace last year, but it will adjust as numerous pending sales record over the next few weeks.  The average days on market is high, but so is the average selling price.  It really is too soon in the year to determine if these numbers are trouble, so we need to wait a month or so and see how things stabilize.
